- 11 month lease
1 bedroom in 4 beds 4 baths.

The price of includes liability insurance (/month), rent plus (7/month), along with a 🐕 pet fee (/month). With these, it covers everything you would need to bring- including an animal. The kitchen includes newly installed appliances, granite countertops, a deep sink with a purifier on the tap, a working dishwasher, and plenty of counter space and cabinets for everyone in the apartment, along with a pantry closet. The living room comes with a Roku 📺 tv already hung on the wall, giving you access to Hulu and Netflix along with thousands of other programs, a couch and a coffee table. Each bedroom comes with its own key, meaning the owner is the only person with access. The room itself has a 🚶 walk in closet, a desk with a chair, 2 dressers, a huge private bathroom, and a bed. The closet includes two shelves for storage and two bars for hanging clothing. There is plenty of wall space for art to be hung up, along with plenty of room to not feel cramped. The apartment comes with free trash valet, most utilities paid for, access to a gym, 🏊 pool, basketball court, and 🏊 poolside 🍔 grills, a beautiful fountain centerpiece, easy parking, and a lit up parking lot. The roommates are very friendly and cooperative. They are all very welcoming and are always up for a conversation if they bump into you, but for the most part are at work or in their rooms. Overall, the apartment is very 🎇cleaned (and I will personally deep 🎇clean it again upon move in), safe, updated, and quiet. The rent covers all utilities (excluding a cap on 💡electric for $- Personally my roommates and I have not gone over) , any potential 🐕 pet bringers, access to amenities, a 🚌 shuttle 🚌 bus to and from 💛 UCF all day and night, and a private room and bathroom. Room is the highest package available for this apartment complex!
