Hi there! My name is Joselyn and I live in Orion on Orpington, I’m subleasing my apartment room from May 1st until the end of the summer. I’ll be gone during that ⌚time for an summer internship. The apartment has a beautiful lake view right outside your living room. The apartment is also the platinum floor plan which includes an upgraded new kitchen, living room, and bathrooms such as new cabinets, quartz countertops, plank wood flooring, new furniture package, Flat Screen 📺 tv (Netflix & Hulu), and a washer and dryer! So you don’t have to worry about furniture because it’s already included. The room also includes a 🚶 walk-in-closet. I have two 👩 femaleroommates currently that lives with me, so I would prefer a 👩 female to sublease the apartment. They’re super friendly and are mostly kept in their room, working, or at school. They do have two adorable dogs as well. They’re is a 🚍 bus route that takes you directly to 💛 UCF, and it is very ⌚time convenient due to a 🚍 bus coming by every min. Ammenities include: Resort-Style 🏊 pool, Hot Tub, Fitness Center, Stand-Up 🕶️ tanning Bed, Sand, Volleyball Court, Covered Basketball Court, Game Room w/Billiards, Business Center, Picnic Area w/ 🍔 grills, Covered Parking, Resident Events & more! Lastly, maintenance is super attentive and come immediately when you need help to repair damage. They’re also super nice. Please call and/or text me if you are interested in subleasing the apartment!
