I&#;m leaving for the summer so I need someone to sublease this place. North🌉 gate Lakes is really close to campus and has free🚍 shuttles that run on weekdays. Utilities are all included so no other charges unless you really go over on 💡electricity but I have never have that happen and I cook daily. Roommates are all pretty quite and keep to themselves, they also don&#;t really use the kitchen very much. Roommates all 👨 males. One roommate has a dog but the dog is very quite and stays in his room. Place is fully furnished with bed frame, ⛄ refrigerator, couch, table, drawer, computer desk, washer and dryer. You will also have your own personal bathroom. House is currently all 👨 guys. Price is negotiable.
