Hello! I am a 💛 UCF senior moving out after graduation and am looking to sublease my apartment for the May and the following months until the lease is up. I graduate May 6th, so we would need to make a deal where I stay for that extra week in May but I pay the rent for that week.
A little but about the apartment: The total rent is around $/month, which includes utilities. 💡electricity has a cap of $ and if the unit goes over the cap, the remainder is split 4 ways. The apartment is fully furnished along with a full kitchen and a washer & dryer in unit. The room includes a 🚶 walk-in closet, personal full bathroom, full XL bed, desk & drawer. The community is located 7 minutes from 💛 UCF main campus and includes a free🚌 shuttle that runs every minutes.The neighborhood is 🐕 pet friendly & is close to the town center as well as grocerystores. Amenities include 🏊 pool and deck, trash pickup, -hr gym, and hour maintenance. The apartment is on the 3rd floor and is Room C.
There will be one 👩 femaleroommate who has been here the rest of the year (who is 🎇clean and friendly) and two other roommates who will also be subleasing, 👩 girls are preferred. Please contact me with any questions!
