Looking for a person to sublease my apartment! It’s a 1x1 room in a 4x4, all-👩 girls, standard apartment. The apartment is on the third floor and my room is the one bedroom away from the other 3. It has a 🚶 walk-in closet and a bathroom as well. The whole floor in the apartment is vinyl (which makes the place look way more open than with carpet). My three roommates are also really nice 👩 girls and do their own thing. The neighborhood is amazing and all of the front desk people are super nice and help you with anything that you may need.
The rent is $ (including the $ amenity fee). Each room has an 💡electricitycap of $, but it’s hard to go over. The lease goes from mid-May all the way until late July (when the lease expires). You will also have the chance to re-lease with them again if you choose to do so before the lease is up. Since you would be moving in mid-May and there’s a fee for subleasing that’s pretty much a whole month&#;s rent, I would ask you for one month’s rent ($) to cover the costs of moving in at that ⌚time.
