My sister and I are looking for someone to sublease our rooms for the summer. Mercury is at a great location right off of alafaya and if youre taking summer classes there is even a 🚌 shuttle to campus all day long. We have two other roommates but theyre very quiet and not home often. Each room comes with its own bathroom and 🚶 walk in closet and the rooms themselves are fairly large. We are looking for someone to move in May 1st and take over the rest of the lease (until end of July). We just got new hardwood floors so the place is a lot easier to 🎇clean and looks prettier than carpet. The kitchen has basically a new dishwasher and other appliances that work perfectly. There is always plenty of parking and visitors spots. If you and a friend are looking to live together this would be great for you but also if you are just looking for yourself thats fine too we would ❤️love to help.
