The complex itself is very beautiful. There’s a lake where you can use kayaks to go out on it — a little beach area with hammocks and 🍔 grills etc, next to the 🏊 pool. It’s down Goldenrod rd, but university Blvd is right there. So it’s a straight shot to 💛 UCF. There’s two Publix’s, Walmart, Target and a lot of other shopping places around (in a mile radius) of the complex. It’s also very close to full sail so it’s a safe area. The one thing I like most about it is that it’s close enough to 💛 UCF but also has tons of amenities around it so you never have to worry about going far for groceries.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
