Hello! I&#;m subleasing my room at Lark Central Florida. It&#;s a private room and private bathroom in a 4bed/4bath with shared kitchen and living room. The price $ includes everything (utilities, wifi, etc.) and there&#;s no cap on utilities. This is a 👩 female only dorm with no pets. Fully furnished bedroom and even some kitchen supplies. There&#;s a 🏊 pool, gym, garage parking, copy center, pretty much everything you&#;d need! The lease ends July with the option to renew. Sublease available ASAP! Thanks :)
