My apartment is a 4x4 and all 👩 female. The roommates all work and keep to themselves so it tends to be pretty quiet and chill. It is 5 minutes from 💛 UCF, with a 🚍 shuttle that comes every minutes. The room has a private bathroom and 🚶 walk-in closet. The apartment is furnished and has a full shared kitchen, living room, and balcony. The complex includes a gym, 🏊 pool, and computer office with free printing. The sublease would be from May 5th to July th. Please email me if you have any other questions.
