Hi, Loading...

Jul 2019: I lived here for just over a year and in the time I had multiple issues in my apartment. My AC broke over 6 times and took maintenance over a day to fix it during 90+ degree day. When I moved in and was never fixed in my time while staying there. Do not stay here unless you like to deal with fixing things on a daily basis!! Review from Google
Feb 2019: I lived here for about 2 years while I went to school. Staff had always been extremely friendly to me. Everyone knew each other on a first name basis. Maintenance was always quick and effective. The price was also very reasonable considering the area and what you get. The remodeled gym was a nice touch, and even encouraged me to get out a little more. Review from Google
Nov 2018: Worst maintenance ever, I don’t even live there and we went to go visit a friend and we knocked on the wrong door, and the lady that opened the door happened to be nice enough to let us know that the person we were looking for doesn’t live there, however maintenance was around and wasn’t minding their business so as we were leaving he stops us and asks us what was going on and so we said nothing we’re just leaving and he asked us again so I said “why does it matter” so he said we need to leave I said “that’s exactly what we’re doing” he said if we don’t leave he’s gonna take a photo of my license plate, which we were leaving anyway so I don’t understand why he wouldn’t leave us alone, he even started pulling his phone out as we were driving away, and then they had the audacity to call the police on us, because we we Review from Google
Oct 2018: This place is really stunning. The improvement are really impressive. Review from Google
Sep 2018: I have been waiting for a work order for almost a month... this is the only way I can get this company to respond .. Review from Google
Jul 2018: I lived there for 2 years and it wasn't bad, Lakeside is definitely one of the better apartment complexes in the area. But the place doesn't come without it's flaws. My apartment had roaches, weevil's, and various other bugs. Pest control came numerous times but never did anything besides a very basic (and weak) spray along the walls. So my roommate and I had to continually buy products to combat them. Not only did we have bugs but we always had leaks coming from the sinks and bathrooms. At one point the apartment above us flooded and leaked into my room, creating mold all over my ceiling, which took maintenance over a month to take care of. The leasing agents are great at their jobs and helpful. The complex was taken over by a new company last year so a lot has been renovated and it has a modern feel to it. There's a pool, gym, walking trail, Review from Google
May 2018: Jessica works there. Great worker. Apartments are nice and clubhouse recently remodeled. Review from Google
Apr 2018: If you are looking for Full Sail University housing near the campus, whether for yourself or your child, I wholeheartedly recommend Lakeside at Winter Park, in large part due to the leasing staff, Jessika and Donna, who were incredibly helpful from the first time I approached them about leasing an apartment and straight through until my move-out. They were professional and knowledgeable, but also always went the extra mile to answer questions, provide information to help a non-Florida resident figure things out, and make me feel confident that my son was living at just the right place. The security provided in the gated feature of the complex was reassuring and there was never any reason to worry about safety issues. Another welcome bonus was that the complex hosts a Thanksgiving party and other events to help students who may not be going Review from Google

Nov 2017: We've been here a month and have really enjoyed this peaceful gated community. It gives you an extra feeling of security. And it's great that it's a pet friendly apartment complex. Review from Google
Oct 2017: We visited on October 7, 2017. Donna was lovely, a fellow NYer, and put us at ease. Loved the model. Will consider this for my daughter.
Oct 2017: I am a Full Sail Student and I used to live at this place for one year I would say the experience was worth the money. The maintenance were fast when I request a fixed in my place. The security in this place was absolute which I never lose anything during the time i lived here. The ladies in the office were kind to me and showed me what to do when i need something because of my language barrier. The only reason i moved out was because of renewal price but it is understandable due to the country economy. I missed this place but i would say it is one of the best place to live in all terms of security, maintenance, room size, comfort, people, beside the price. Review from Google
Sep 2017: I’ve lived here for 6 months and the office staff is super friendly and the maintenance is always on top of things. The property is always nice and clean and the grass is kept low and on point for my pet. I also love all of the facilities even though I only use a few. My favorite part is the pool deck and the track around the lake to exercise with my pet. Review from Google
Sep 2017: Honestly, Since the moment that I got to my apartment here the attention was the best. I needed an apartment for a Thursday and mine was going to be ready on Wednesday (As they told me) and they help me and let me stay at another place for that night. The apartment was totally clean, every time that I needed something to be fix they fixed as soon as they could. Any time of the day if I go to the leasing office they are going to receive me with a big smile. I've been living here for two years by now, and if I can stay more time, I will! Review from Google
Jul 2017: I've been living here for 6 months now and the staff is friendly especially Jessie and Donna, and they do make an effort to have maintenance come in a timely manner for any fixes that are needed. They are strict on the policies which is understandable as I would rather live in a complex that enforces them rather than not. Overall, this is a great complex and I would definitely recommend anyone to choose to rent an apartment here! Review from Google
May 2017: After spending a year and a half living there I have to say this is one of the best apartment complexes I've lived in. The management was fast, effective and, most important, friendly; they heard and helped me with whatever problem I might have. The maintenance guys were awesome as well, fast and effective. The grounds were always kept clean, grass and trees well trimmed and in general I had no problem with animals or pests. Review from 5/23/17 on Google
Mar 2017: I've lived here for over a month now. Lakeside feels like a real home, in which I feel safe and respected by the staff. Anytime I need something, they go the extra mile to make sure I am satisfied. I've had a total of zero complaints since I got here. Everything is beautiful and beyond my expectations. Mar 2017: The complex is within walking distance to Full Sail, and just a 5 minute care ride to Barry University, or UCF, which makes it great for college kids. But, it is also very accommodating and spacious! I am not a college student and live alone, and its perfect distance to shopping and downtown and everything I need. The amenities you could get basically the same things anywhere else, but you can't find a staff like the ones found at Lake Side. They are beyond wonderful and always helpful and accommodating! Review from 3/10/17 on Google
Dec 2016: This is a great apartment complex to live in if you are a student at Full Sail. It's a short 10-15 minute walk and about a 3-5 minute drive. The maintenance and staff here are extremely helpful and do a good job of responding to their residents asap. Also they have a 24/7 gym which is awesome if you don't have time to go in the mornings. I would highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking. Review from 12/17/16 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2016: Dangerous mismanagement, Renter beware! We found this rental complex for our son who was attending college. Unfortunately, we did not discover the terrible reviews before he signed the agreement. On the surface it looks like a great place. But the truth is that they use deceptive practices in negotiating agreements, promise terms they then go back on and in general abuse the trust and good faith of their tenants. There is a constant revolving staff, so that any assurance you get one week are contradicted from someone else who replaces them the next. That in and of itself would make us unhappy and unlikely to renew a lease, but not motivate us to write a one star review. Review from 11/17/16 on Apartment Ratings
Apr 2016: Great apartments, a little pricey, but comes with a lot of perks. Great pool, two ponds, good gym. Management is not understanding at all though. Worst part? 3 bikes stolen from outside my apartment door! Besides for that? One of the best apartment complexes in the area for sure. Review from 4/17/16 on Google
Feb 2016: I lived at Sutton Place for almost 2 years and I have to say that the whole experience was amazing. I've read some reviews of the complex and I was surprised of what people said, and i thought "Hey this is not what it was for me" so I decided to share my love for SP. Since the very first moment I arrived I was overwhelmed for the well cared landscape and outdoor spaces that make you feel at a safe and quite place (just like home, for me); the apartment itself was pretty, I used to live close to the entrance but I loved walking around the whole place because there are lakes and green spaces you'd love. Review from 2/1/16 on Google
Oct 2015: The overall experience of living here was terrible. I lived by the most end of this complex, they provide only one damn dumpster by the gate of the complex, so trashing was a total of 20 minutes walk everyday for me. Well, I could use my car but trash juice always spills on my car's carpet and ended up got to clean it with time and energy or spent some money to carwash. Unless you love the smell of trash by nature, it's what the management trying to convey you to do. Well, carwash service is provided but put some coins in there, no water comes out. So what's the so called complete facility and amenities? Review from 10/6/15 on Apartment Ratings
