Sep 2019: Love love LOVE Jamie !!! She is so fun and helpful and really made my application process so easy !!! I’ve only known her for a few days but I will be sad when she leaves :((( love you Jamie !!! Review from Google
Jul 2019: Great office staff! Very friendly place and good for families!!!!! We love it Review from Google
Apr 2019: THEY ARE REMOVING & BLOCKING TRUTHFUL POSTS about their DANGEROUS COMMUNITY Review from Google
Mar 2019: I got a tour here and love the place, my only complaints are that the roads within the apartments are so tiny that they should almost be one ways! Also some of the apartments are starting to turn green, but that’s most places in FL. The staff was so kind and I even met some neighbors and they said they love it and have released multiple times. The price is incredibly cheap and as long as the real apartments look as good as the model shown they’re beautiful. Review from Google
Feb 2019: I say.. Kerri knows her job. Call ASAP she will take care of you real good. 👊🏼
Dec 2018: Now that I've lived here for 3 years, it feels like the right time to leave an honest review. #1 I was living in another state when I was looking for apartments here, so I could go to Full Sail University, and I needed a good elementary school for my child, a cheap place I could afford, and a safe neighborhood where my kid could play outside without getting kidnapped. I did extensive research and this apartment complex didn't show up on ANY of the rental sites, so it made me a little suspicious that other apartments around here have 1 bed/1 bath @ $1,300 a month when LA ALOMA had 3 bed/2 bathrooms @ $1,100 a month (now $1,135 which is basically not even a rental increase; like the other places around here that increased by $300... just saying). I checked out the demographics via the Aloma Elementary school break down and saw that it was a n Review from Google
Sep 2018: My son has been there while attending full sail University. The main office has been wonderful to work with. I would whole heartedly recommend La Aloma apartments. Review from Google
Jul 2018: It was nice experience to live in this community. Jamie & Kerri, both are so friendly and helpful. Pretty quick service for maintenance. I would recommend. Review from Google

Jun 2018: Jamie & Kerri are the absolute best. I would recommend everyone to live here. They actually care about you, & take care of everything. The atmosphere in the office is so professional, & really happy. They make La Aloma an amazing place to live, without them, I'd leave. The apartments aren't the best, but they are comfortable. Plenty of space, just wish there was another closet. I've been here a year, & I'm so glad I found this place. Review from Google
Jun 2018: Love living here, the ladies at the office are so nice and friendly Review from Google
May 2018: I cannot begin to say I'm extremely content and was very surprised how big the apartment is and it's perfect for us and was well cleaned and painted when we moved in. The ladies in the office are extremely helpful if it wasn't for them to guide us and help us do it we would not have moved in. We put in work orders and they came and fixed it whatever the problem was and also the maintenance are quick. We love our apartment and I thank Keri and Jamie for being helpful and understanding. I do recommend this complex. The prices are affordable and can't complain. Thumbs up👍 Review from Google
Mar 2018: Have not had problems that were not easily fixed within a reasonable amount of time! Also great staff! Very friendly! Review from Google
Mar 2018: I'm enjoying everything so far and it's almost been a year Review from Google
Jan 2018: The office manager is friendly hopefully I can get a place here get away from Orlando .my area getting bad Review from Google
Jun 2017: My fiance Jamie and I are looking to move in and August. Let me start off by saying the two ladies in the office are amazing. They made us feel already at home! They made it sooo easy for us to apply and get approved the very next day. We can not be more then happy to move in this coming August and wish It could be sooner! - Jamie and Yalitza Review from Google
Jun 2017: This will be my second time living at La Aloma. When I called the office to inquire about availability XXXX was extremely helpful. She communicated regularly through every step of the process and even remembered who I was even though it had been over a year since I last lived there. I would say that the price and location are the best features of this complex, but somehow the office staff outshines those qualities and XXXX on maintenance is on top of any concerns. Review from 6/1/17 on Google
Apr 2017: Cant believe i have to give this place 1 star. This place was a joke. Filthy when I moved in. If I absolutely didn't need a place to stay while going to school I would never have moved in. This place was disgusting. Before I moved in I had to scrub and sanitize everything. While I was there, they would come into my apartment unannounced. Now I'm a guy, not that it makes it right. But if I was a female and some random man walked into my apartment unannounced. Wooow. I paid out of my own pocket to have a professional carpet cleaner come in and clean the rugs and I personally cleaned the entire apartment before my lease was up. Review from 4/14/17 on Google
Nov 2016: This community is wonderful. My room mate and I moved from Pennsylvania to go to Full Sail. These ladies in the office made it so easy to move in and to get settled. The staff is always friendly as is our neighbors. For my first experience living away from home I couldn't ask for a better place. I'm so glad we found this place, whatever you need these ladies are right there to help. We stop in once a week just to say hello and they always ask how school is going and if we ever need anything. Wonderful place we plan on staying here for as long as we can :) Review from Google
Nov 2016: I cant give the ladies in the office enough praise!!! From the very first phone call I made to the office they have done nothing but help and accommodate me. My son moved from Ohio to the apartments and I honestly don't know what I would have done without the help from the office ladies!!! I feel very good about my son living in the apartments and I know they will continue to do what they can to make us satisfied!! I have seen pictures from my son and the apartment looks very nice. I cant wait to personally make a trip down and meet them in person and tell them thank you !!! Review from 11/7/16 on Google
May 2016: Worst place to live. They signed a contract with us and a few weeks later called and let us know that the apartment on the lease was not available. I should have known better to not move in at that time, but it was too close to our old lease's expiration date so I agreed to move in to another apartment. While we lived at this place, the bathroom water pine leaked twice and the pine in kitchen leaked once. They cut the walls open to fix and let us live under the construction zone... Not even hear an apology from management... The neighbor enjoys loud conversation on the phone outside his apartment which is right next to my bedroom's window at 1am a few times per week. Review from 5/12/16 on Google
May 2016: Great service! The staff at Aloma is wonderful and friendly, they always make sure they've done their best to take care of your problems. The maintenance staff is friendly and professional and always comes out to fix my problems the same day, sometimes minutes after I've placed my request. This is a really wonderful place to live. Review from 5/3/16 on Google
May 2016: I've loved living here for the past two years - the front and maintenance staff are amazing and so friendly. I've only had a few minor household issues and all were fixed quickly. The A/C broke once (at night) and they came to fix it first thing the next morning. I've never felt unsafe even when I've been doing laundry in one of their facilities outside late at night, 1-2 AM. I've read some negative reviews and I've literally never encountered any of their issues. Review from 5/1/16 on Google
Dec 2015: I've lived here a year now with my husband and two small children and this has been a great place for us. We've signed another lease and plan to start here a while. Anytime something happens or breaks down, maintenance is over there within the day, and if it's an emergency, within minutes. I've never had anything stolen, I've never had any break in attempts, the neighbors are always friendly and the staff is awesome. I've even sat outside for a cigarette at 2-3am multiple times and there's never any suspicious noises or people lurking around. I've lived in some rough places around the states and this is not one of them. Review from 12/22/15 on Google
Dec 2015: I have been here for a while now and the only things I have to pay for is wifi, if you need it, and electric other than that it is covered in rent. Which for college students especially is at good rates. One thing that I have seen that other apartments don't do is they completely replaced our dishwasher after several failed attempts to fix it. On that, I put in a request for someone to check the dishwasher, and within two hours someone came by and checked it. Review from 12/20/15 on Google
Nov 2015: I would go in eyes wide open....my son stayed here while in college and they were charging late fees and not telling him. Their tenant portal does not reflect those things so it would say 0 balance and yet they were tacking on $125. regulary and sucking up his rent pre payments. Not the way to do business...corporate greed. Review from 11/3/15 on Google
