Looking for someone to take over my lease at the Knightshade Orlando (previously The Retreat at Orlando). The unit is a 3x3 furnished unit, preferably 👩 female but open to 👨 males as well! It is on the top floor and by the 🏊 pool. The rent is $ a month but I am willing to pay % of the rent for taking this off of my hands! I lived at Knightshade (The Retreat) last year and absolutely ❤️loveD it! They offer great amenities such as; 🕶️ tanning bed, golf simulator, free use of computers and printers, a basketball court, beach volleyball, 🏊 pool tables, a gym, spin classes, and the biggest 🏊 pool in the Orlando area! Their staff is phenomenal and is quick respond to your needs. Utilities are included and the washer and dryer are in the apartment itself. Sadly, I last minute was unable to live there this year due to personal reasons so that is why I am trying to get my lease taken over. One of the 👩 girls living there are one of my close friends who is 🎇clean, responsible, and a great person to live with, the other roommate living there has been staying there for about two years and is very sweet, 🎇clean and friendly! A lot of my friends stay at Knightshade (The Retreat) as well and neither I or them has any issues staying at this place and had so much fun! I was sad to leave Orlando, these apartments, and my friends behind; it was a great experience!
