2 to 5+ (rent per room)Knightshade (formerly The Retreat at Orlando) is a Gated apartment complex near UCF (private Shuttle to campus). Knightshade is right across from Walmart on Colonial. Located in the section between University Blvd and Colonial. Much easier to spot and see from Colonial. It is also near lots of other conveniences, barbershops, gas stations, game stop, you name it and it is right there. The down side is that the traffic can get pretty busy on Colonial during rush hour.
Knightshade has the largest pool in East Orlando student housing. They are also pet friendly. See Additional Features Included In The Rate
You can choose from a wide variety of Layouts featuring 2, 3, 4, 5, and even 6 bedroom options. You can basically room with a best friend or even to have a guaranteed of at least six people if you ever throw a party. There are lots of different styles for the different options.
Each Knightshade cottage is its own separate building so it is great if you do not like hearing your neighbors like at other apartment places with thin walls. The Retreat does not have shared walls because you are your own building! You...
