Aug 2019: It's a great place to stay for UCF students(thanks to the shuttle service) but everything's old and falling apart! Review from Google
Jun 2019: I lived here for a year and will be moving out in July. The only thing that’s good about this place is it’s safe and cheap. But you honestly get what you pay for. The carpets were black, mold in the bathrooms, bugs and old broken appliances. The air conditioning barely works and they replace appliances with the same old kind that end up breaking. You can hear the people below if you’re on the top floor. If you are looking for a cheap place and don’t care about appearance and cleanliness then this is the place for you. Review from Google
Jan 2019: I used to live in Knights landing from August 2015 to July 2018. It’s good place for students, comparatively cheap 2/2 apartment complex. The building is old and the air conditioning system does not work properly during summer. The don’t have any gym, swimming pool etc. plenty of parking space. Very near to UCF and UCF shuttle service available from Knights Landing. Review from Google
Sep 2018: It's a great place to stay for UCF students (the shuttle service) but everything's old and falling apart! Review from Google
Jan 2018: The staff is excellent and very committed to resolving issues quickly. Review from Google
Dec 2017: Affordable place. UCF affiliated off- campus housing. Review from Google
Oct 2017: Have worked with Mayra and she is very professional, honest and full of integrity...highly recommend! Review from Google
Apr 2017: The buildings are very old. The woody ground makes a loud noise when you walk such that everyone in your floor and the one below can hear it. So, it will be a nightmare if you want to sleep and the neighbor in the top floor is still awake. If you are on the second floor, you are still in trouble if your neighbor down stairs complains about the noise. Another disadvantage of this place is that when you sign a lease with your roommate, even if you are a quite tenant but your roommate is noisy or problematic, the management does not care. They can kick you out 7 days after a notice! Review from 4/3/17 on Google

Mar 2017: I lived here for 6 months. First big thing is its thin walls, I could hear my upstairs neighbours snoring as if they were sleeping in my bed. Second surprise was in the third month when my restroom's wall started dripping water (the wall itself!) which required abandonment of my restroom for couple of days since they had to take it down to repair the pipes and rebuild it. I wouldn't suggest trying these apartments for anyone who remotely cares about comfort and peace. Review from Google
Feb 2017: I didn't live here but some of my friends did live there. The apartments are very old. Two of my friends forced to move because of many problems that occurred during their stay. The price is fairly cheap but the apartments are relatively small. In conclusion not recommended. Review from Google
Aug 2016: Probably best place for international UCF 🎓 students. Once you get accustomed with American life, you should probably think about moving else where. 1. 2 UCF shuttle stop 🚌 2. Walking distance to Walgreen grocery 🍋 3. Pet friendly 🐩 4. Well-mannered management and good services 💂🏻 5. Washer and dryer unit inside apartment. 🛀🏿 6. No hidden costs and bullshits. 🎗 Cons: 1. They have free wifi but no internet connection. Thats 3 secs of happiness. 😭 2. Tough to get a vacancy. Review from 8/17/16 on Google
Dec 2015: Spacious units with an exceptionally low price-tag. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The units themselves are somewhat poorly cared for between tenants, but the staff immediately swooped in to take care of the problems and spoke with the companies that handle the maintenance to get them to do a better job. The units are, again, older, so soundproofing is rather poor. You can pretty much hear any sounds from the above apartments while in the living room (the largest of the rooms). There is plenty of parking spaces and there is a UCF shuttle stop on both roads. Absolutely worth it for the low price. Review from 12/18/15 on Google
Jun 2014: The price of cheap is vigilance or suffering. Be sure to inspect your actual place before moving in because it is a fairly old place which means some places are well maintained, others may have been beaten up and abused. Cheap draws in cheap neighbors, some are great, some not so great. Lets hope you do not have to deal with terrible neighbors.
Jun 2014: It is cheap. A fairly old place and tend to break down but maintenance have been quick to fix it for me. Some people I know have their car broken into but it is one of those things that is luck of the draw. Happens to any and many of the complexes. More lights and more security is the solution but then the rent may not be as cheap anymore.
