Im looking to sublease my room at Knights Circle (💛 UCF affiliated off-campus housing- across from campus). 🌉 gated with 🚍 shuttle service to and from campus as well as to Publix and Walmart Market. It’s a private room with bathroom in a 4X4 all 👩 females. Roommates are very nice, 🎇neat, and keep to themselves. The apartment includes Wi-Fi, 🌊 water, and 💡electricity. 💡electricity is capped at $ - if over, then that amount is split amongst the 4 roommates).
The room is available as early as May 2, to July , and you have the option to take over my lease from Aug to July . I’m willing to provide a discount on May rent.
