Hi! I live in a 3x3 and I am looking for someone to take over my lease at Knights Circle for the summer! It is an all-👨 boys dorm, its fully furnished full size bed, desk, bedside table, dresser, and desk chair. Every person gets their own en-suite bathroom. The unit also has a kitchen, a balcony, a dining room with table and chairs, and a living room with a couch. It also has a washer, dryer, and dishwasher. The roommates are very relaxed and are often out doing things. The room is $ a month. Move in as early as May. You must be PRE-APPROVED in order to take over the lease!
