Currently living in a 4x4 with 3 other roommates. Each room comes with a private bathroom. Utilitiesincluded. Apartment includes kitchen, living room, and small balcony. There&#;s a stove, new ⛄ refrigerator, new ☢ microwave, and new dishwasher. There&#;s also a washer and dryer. Roommates are generally quiet and keep to themselves. My room is kept 🎇clean consistently. Besides the apartment, you have 2 gyms, 2 🏊 pools, a game room, study spaces, etc. Community is 🌉 gated. Felt completely safe during my stay. Residents can also choose to go to 💛 UCF by 🚌 bus as there are about 3 🚌 bus stops in the community. For additional information, you can contact me by leaving a text or email.
