Since I signed the renewal lease, the lease is good from April , , to July , , at the discounted renewal price. The rent includes utilities and internet, as well as parking. A 💛 UCF🚍 shuttle runs from the nearby stop to campus every weekday on class days from 6 am to pm, so good for commuting students! The start date is flexible to a degree and can be discussed if interested. Knights Circle does have a process for reletting that I can also explain should you have any questions.
