Hi! I am looking for someone to rent out my spacious and fully furnished room with a private bathroom in a 4x4 for this summer (April , - July , ). My current rent is $ plus $. on rent insurance and $ on 💡electricity (depending on how much is used) each month. I have 3 👩 female roomates who are quiet and keep to themselves. The apartment features a fully equiped kitchen, a large living room with a †flat screen 📺 tv (which includes all streaming services), a washer and dryer in-unit, and high-speed internet. The room is room B which is circled in the image of the floorplan. The apartment complex has a 🏊 pool, basketball court, volleyball court, and a gym, which are right across from the apartment. It also has coffee & study lounges equipped with computers and printers to use. The complex also has a free🚌 shuttle service that comes every minutes to the main campus. The 💛 UCF campus itself is less than a 5 minute drive from the apartment. I am releasing this apartment through Knight’s Circles standard process. April rent will be paid for as well as the $ release fee. You will have your own account to pay your own fees.
