Looking for someone to take over my lease for the last three months of its duration, from May 6 - July . I plan on going home for the summer and don&#;t see much point in paying for an apartment I wont be living in during that ⌚time or after. Everything within the room, living area, kitchen, and laundry are in good condition and working properly. All 👨 male. One roommate will be graduating this semester.
