This is a sublease for 👨 males and my room includes the biggest bathroom of the 3 and is furnished with bed,desk,drawer and closet. Rent can be negotiable from the , 💡electricity is also provided up until a cap but we never go over so there won’t be any problems
I am situated in the first phase and right next to the 🚍 shuttlestop that carries you to and from 💛 UCF main campus until pm every night but Saturdays, Knights Circle also has 🏊 pools right next to my building and the mail room is quite near as well.
