The complex is huge and offers free🚍 shuttle services to the student union on campus, freeevents (including free🍕 food) throughout every month, a freegym, 3 🏊 pools, volley ball courts, basketball and tennis courts, coffee and tea study lounges and more. It’s a minute 🚶 walk from a plaza with 🍔 restaurants and shops.
The rent is $ and there is a relet fee of $. There are 2 other 👩 femaleroommates with their own private rooms. This cost also includes a private bedroom and bathroom, 💡electric,wifi, and other utilities. You’ll have your own account to pay your own fees
The unit is fully furnished and includes 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, a laundry room with a washer and dryer, a kitchen, living room, balcony, and dining room. The carpet has just been replaced. The unit is also right next to the 🚍 shuttlestop.
