Hi! Im trying to find someone to take over my lease. Move in date is August th and I haven’t moved in yet but had signed a few months ago and am no longer staying in Orlando. It’s 4 bed & 4 bath, fully furnished, utilities are included as well as a gym, 🏊 pool, clubhouse etc! I’ve toured and been in the apartments and it’s super nice and friendly area and great for student housing!
