I’m subleasing my place at Knights Circle for $ (I am willing to negotiate the price) for the months of June and July! But I am open on discussing moving in late May and moving out early August. Knights circle is 5 minutes away from campus and my roommates are all respectful and welcoming! We are even looking for a fourth for fall if you end up liking it! I currently live in room D and in phase 3 so please let me know if you are interested!!

-fully furnished apartment
-private bath
-two minute 🚶 walk from the phase 3 clubhouse which includes 🏊 pool, gym, and game room.

-other amenities in other phases including a newly renovated study room
