It&#;s a nice spot. Washer and dryer, good internet (wired and wifi), all the other amenities too. Also fully furnished. The apartment is in BLDG 9 so the location is great, right next to the courts, basketball, tennis, and volleyball, and also right next to the clubhouse (where the 🍔 grills, theater, and free coffee are) and 🏊 pool Only caveat is that it&#;s a 3rd floor apartment, but the balcony has a nice view of looking out into the rest of KC.
