Room in a 4x4 unit with three other roommates who are all 👩 girls going to 💛 UCF. They are responsible and nice. The sublease is for May1st through end of July. The unit contains laundry room with washer and dryer, full kitchen, a living room and balcony. Knights Circle contains two 🏊 pools, multiple basketball courts, tennis courts, sand volleyball court, and a gym. They hold many events to get residents involved including 🍕 food trucks, sport competitions and prize giveaways. It is located directly across the street from 💛 UCF. Overall a great place to live. The rent is currently lower than the going rate for a new lease at Knights Circle.
