It’s a first floor unit facing away from the parking lot. I spoke with the front office and they said if you wanted to renew for year you could but they are almost at capacity so getting in now is a good idea.
The unit is empty, 🎇clean, and move-in ready. no issues with roommates - they are quiet and 🎇clean. Just moving to another complex with friends in department.
