This is the ðŸ†🏆best rate you will find with the unit I am currently in (4x4) you can&#;t even get that rate from here on if you were to sign a NEW lease. ALL Updated appliances including upgraded flooring, washer, dryer and carpets. This unit was brand new when I moved in, never had any issues with anything.
The apartment is located on the third floor in the main phase of Knights Circle. The balcony is located right next to my bedroom with an amazing view that shows off the sunset/sunrise. I find myself outside every afternoon, its honestly the 🏆best place to study/relax. I’m a very outgoing person and my roommates personalities definitely reflect with how friendly they are. I am really sad to leave but would ❤️love for someone to be able to enjoy this place as much as me! Utilities and 💡electric are included in the rent. Private UPGRADED bathroom, new tile and everything! Knights Circle is perfect because of the location being right across the road from 💛 UCF. The complex also has 🚍 shuttles running every minutes so if you don’t have a car this also is a perfect choice! My specific unit is conveniently located right next to the main office. There are also 3 basketball, 3 volleyball, 3 tennis, 3 🏊 pools , hammocks, fire pits, valet trash that comes everyday and amazing staff who are always willing to help.
