My apartment is located in phase 3 of the Knights circle complex, the newest phase of Knights Circle. It is a 4 bed room 4 bathroom apartment with every bedroom having their own bathroom. Theres a kitchen, living room, dining room table and laundry room which includes a washer and dryer. All the rooms come fully furnished and have a window and a mirror sliding closet. I live with 3 ❤️lovely roommates and we all share the living room space, kitchen and washroom. The kitchen has a stove, ⛄ refrigerator, and oven. The living room as two couches and a table. The laundry room comes with a washer and dryer, it also has storage area. One of the perks about my apartment is that it is on the first floor. When I come out of my apartment the parking lot is right there. Where my apartment is located is less than 2 minutes 🚶 walking distance from the gym, leasing office, 🏊 pool, and lounge room. There are also basketball and tennis courts in the same location. They also have a 🎥 movie room, mailing center, as well as fire pits, and hammocks throughout the complex. What I also particularly like about my room location is that it is not noisy and has a good lighting and a view from my window. Knights Circle also offers a free🚌 shuttle that takes you straight to and from campus. The 🚌 shuttle drops you off on to student union which is the center of the 💛 UCF campus and takes you back to your closest apartment stop. Overall, living at Knight Circle is student friendly and is close to campus and the Orlando area.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
