I am trying to sublease my current room w/bathroom. The room comes with a bed, high bed frame, nightstand dresser, and desk. The higher bed frame allows for lots of under-bed storage, if the closet is not enough. The bedroom window gets a good amount of light throughout the day, but a good set of black-out curtains can keep the room dimmer if needed. The apartment itself comes with a dishwasher, ⛄ fridge, two compartment sink, stove, ☢ microwave, and washer w/ dryer. The amenities included in the rent are 🌊 water, sewage, internet, and 💡electricity with a high cap.
The current roommates are excellent at keeping everything 🎇clean, quiet, and usually keep to themselves, but are not too shy to come out and play on the shared Switch and PS3. It is an all 👨 boys 4x4 but 👨👩 co-ed is allowed if given consent to the parties involved. Shared meals can be planned, and eaten in the dinning/living area. They are extremely friendly and are always down to make plans with everyone else to go and eat or go out on the town.
Some places that are within 🚶 walking or 🚴 biking distance like the 💛 UCF campus, CVS pharmacy, many 🍔 restaurant options, as well as a Publix and a Walmart Neighborhood Market. Right outside of the apartment building is a basketball court, tennis court, Club House (which includes a small theater room, gym and swimming 🏊 pool) and the leasing office if you are in need to get in contact with them.
If interested in this room please get in contact with me, and I am more than happy to set up a day where we could have a socially distanced 🚶 walk through, or we can schedule a video 🚶 walk through.
