So I’m looking for someone who is looking to take over a eight month lease, beginning Dec. 1st (date is flexible) ending July st. Rent is , I am willing to pay a hundred dollars for each remaining month. Though this is a 4x4, only TWO other 👨 guys live here. Very cool roommates, to themselves mostly. We take great appreciation in keeping the common area 🎇clean. We do not discriminate on gender, though that is to your own discretion. Knight circle is a great location if you’re a college student being right across the street from 💛 UCF, also 🚌 shuttles to and from campus. Also very close to a city 🚌 bus stop that could potentially get you around to another campus. Being minutes away from Valencia and Full Sail. There are a number of great amenities. Three 🏊 pools, two gyms, multiple study areas. Feel free to reach out and ask me and questions you might have. Absolutely willing to send more pictures of the apartment without the difficulty of size of the image.
