The apartment is fully furnished and is a 4x4. The building is located in Phase 3 of the community, facing Alafaya Trail. It’s also super close to one of the three community 🏊 pools and gym. This is a great option for two friends looking to move in together. Please let me know if you’re interested in both rooms or at least one!
