I lived on campus for my first 2 years at 💛 UCF and then I moved to Knight’s Circle and this has been so much better for me. I’m in 1 bedroom in a 3x3 apartment. The bedroom is large and furnished with a full-size bed, desk, dresser and bedside table. I have my own private bathroom with shower/tub, linen closet and a nice size vanity. I have 2 👨 male roommates who are quiet and 🎇clean. This apartment has a furnished Living Room, Kitchen and some⌚times I need to spread out my work on the Dining Room table. There’s a washer and dryer in the apartment which is way more convenient then the coin operated ones they have on campus. There are plenty of 🍔 restaurants around but I often like to cook in the full sized kitchen which has a Range with Oven, ☢ microwave and Full Size ⛄ refrigerator with Ice maker and Dishwasher. I enjoy the natural view while sitting out on my 3rd floor Balcony. Knights Circle is conveniently located directly across from the 💛 UCF campus, and I usually take the short 🚍 shuttle 🚍 bus ride to class. That way I don’t have to find parking on campus or pay for a parking pass. There are lots of things to do here with 3 different 🏊 pools, basketball courts, volleyball courts, large workout areas featuring weights and exercise equipment. Of course the room has Internet and cable. Utilities are included. Knight’s Circle organizes events and activities for the residents. I feel safe with the controlled Access 🌉 gate, 💛 UCF Police Patrols and -hour on-site officers. If you lease thru Knight’s Circle you’ll pay more, but you can take over my lease for $.. I’ll miss staying here in the coming year but I know you will really enjoy living at Knight’s Circle.
