Move in date is negotiable. You can move in before that and pay starting in August. Apartment is on the 1st floor. The room is 🎇clean and everything is in working order. Everything in the apartment is in working order as well. Apartment includes a large ⛄ refrigerator, stove/oven, and ☢ microwave in the kitchen, and has a furnished living room and dining room. Utilities are included in the monthly cost. There is no issue with noise level. Roommates were quiet. I never had any issues with bugs or smells in the apartment. Was a good place to live and am only moving out because I will be doing an internship. The room is spacious, and included is a bed, dresser, nightstand and desk.
