I am looking to sublease my room in a 4-bedroom/4-bathroom apartment. The lease length is months (Aug - July ) at $/month (utilitiesincluded).
The apartment is in a quiet region of Knights Circle (near the back/less busy entrance). Directly behind the apartment building is a basketball court, tennis court, and KC leasing office (with huge study space and printing capabilities).
Roommates all know each other, and are very easy-going 👨 guys. They also keep the apartment extremely tidy (dishes washed daily and living room kept 🎇clean). 📺 tv in the common room is rarely used and is equipped with Roku.
Knights Circle is also conveniently located right across the street from campus, and has 🚌 shuttles to commute there that run about every minutes (Monday - Friday).
