This is a private bedroom and bathroom for sublease in an all 👩 female apartment. Roommates keep to themselves, kitchen and living room is shared.
The lease will be from the beginning of March to the end of the summer school term (July).
I already signed to live in another apartment and I am moving out February th. I will pay for a full months rent for March and you can move in late February.
