I am looking for someone to sublease apartment 2 room in. You must be a 👨 boy due to the fact that Knights Circle does not offer mixed apartments. This 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment is located right near the phase 1 clubhouse of Knights Circle. Location is perfect, across the street from the 🏊 pool, the 🎥 movie theatre, 3 propane 🍔 grills (the propane is free) and right next to the only mail center in the complex. Knights Circle is a wonderful community who hosts events and gives free🍕 food on occasion, alongside free work orders if any problems occur within the interior of the apartment. Knights Circle also offers a 🚍 shuttle service every minutes, and one of the 🚍 bus stops is located right outside our apartment building.
The roommates are super fantastic, and very generous people whom I&#;ve known for a long ⌚time. They keep their apartment very 🎇neat, and are very responsible when it comes to maintaining the 🎇cleanliness of the apartment. We also set up the living room with a big flat screen 📺 tv and speakers. Overall, you&#;re in for a very nice experience living in this apartment.
The reason I am looking for a sublease is because I looked to re-sign my lease before I knew % that I was staying at 💛 UCF, turns out that I believe I will have to transfer out for personal reasons.
