- 1 bed 1 bath; bathroom is located inside the room along with a closet. Room comes furnished with a nicely sized bed, desk, dresser, and bedside table.
- Kitchen included with standard appliances (stove, ☢ microwave, ⛄ fridge), and washer and dryer are in the unit as well.
- Utilities such as wifi, heat, 🌊 water are included in rent!
- Apartment is in phase 1, and is located right near the mail center and directly in front of the 🚌 shuttlestop and phase 1 clubhouse.
- Two other roommates; both are relaxed and easygoing 👩 girls!
- Community in general has plenty to do, such as 🏊 pools, gyms, volleyball courts, computer labs, etc.
