About a minute drive to 💛 UCF Main campus, from Valencia East. The 🚍 shuttle comes about every minutes, and since my apartment is the last stop, you&#;ll be on campus within 5 minutes of getting on the 🚍 shuttle. **Also great for Rosen students, as the KC 🚍 shuttle drops off right next to the Rosen 🚍 shuttle.
👩 female only, as my current roommate will be staying. She is very 🎇clean, quiet, and easy to get along with. The apartment has great natural lighting, so plants thrive. Any maintenance requests I&#;ve filed have been completed within hours, typically by the end of the day. I&#;ve never had any problems with neighbors.
