Hello! I am currently looking to sublease my bedroom in a 3x3 apartment at Knights Circle for the spring semester starting in January to a 👩 female. Knights circle is located across the street from the 💛 UCF campus and has police patrol the complex at all ⌚times for safety. You will have your privacy as each room has a bathroom attached. The apartment is on the 3rd floor so there are no bug problems or any issues with noise above you. All utilities are included and the apartment comes furnished with a brand new ⛄ fridge and working appliances. *BONUS* all three of the current occupants of this apartment are moving out if you are looking for a vacant apartment for you and two friends.
