Hello everyone! I am looking to sublease my room in a 4x4 apartment at Knights Circle for the summer. You could move in around the second week of May, but if you need to move in a little earlier we can work something out. The move out date would be July st. Rent is $ each month which includes capped utilities (only once the caps are exceeded will the roommates be charged additional fees). The apartment comes fully furnished with a mattress, bed frame, dresser, desk, and a nightstand. The apartment also comes with a laundry room complete with washer and dryer. The apartment is on the first floor and is right across the street from 💛 UCF’s main campus which makes it very convenient. The complex also includes amenities such as 2 gyms, 🚍 shuttle service to the school every minutes, computer labs with free printing, study lounges and frequent community events with free🍕 food and prizes! Two of my roommates are also moving out of the same apartment so if you have friends you want to live with, this would be a perfect opportunity! Let me know if you are interested or have questions
