Rent is normally $ a month, but I&#;m willing to negotiate. The other three 👨 guys are super quiet and cool. It&#;s nice to live here because of how 🎇clean it is compared to other communities. Going to campus to and from 🚍 shuttle allows you to avoid the headache of parking. Really easy to exit from where I&#;m located, and to hop on the 🚍 shuttle fast too. Place is a close 🚶 walk to Moe&#;s, Starbucks, Subway. Car is in clear view from window. Utilities are included with a cap on 💡electricity.
