I&#;m subleasing my room at Knights Circle for the Summer (May 1 to August 1). Room is part of a 4x4 setup and is located across the street from the 💛 UCF campus. A complimentary 🚍 shuttle service to and from campus is provided for residents. My apartment is right next to the exit making it easy to leave and guaranteeing a parking spot. The bedroom is fully furnished, including a full sized bed and has a private bathroom as well. Apartment also includes fully furnished common room, dining area, full kitchen with stove/⛄ fridge/☢ microwave/dishwasher, laundry room with washer/dryer, and a balcony (2nd floor). The apartment complex has 3 clubhouses, each with a 🏊 pool. They also have basketball courts, sand volleyball courts, tennis courts, a fitness center, computer lab with free printing, and a small 🎥 movietheater. Rent includes all utilities (🌊 water,electric,cable,wifi). Knights Circle is a safe community with a controlled access 🌉 gate and courtesy police officers on site /7.
