Hey there, my names Kayla. I am subleasing my room in my apartment for the summer. The move in date is May 1, and the sublease would be for 3 months. The rent each month is $.
The apartment is a 4x4, so you get your own bathroom and the bedroom is pretty spacious. The whole apartment is sq. ft. I live in building , so its in the very back of Knights Circle which is nice because its very quiet. However, even though its in the far back, you would be really close to the first 🚌 shuttlestop, which takes you directly to and from 💛 UCF.
You should be able to get free parking as a resident there, so no worries on that. We live on the second floor, so we do have a balcony. If something does break within the apartment, the maintenance people are typically really fast with fixing it btw.
Lastly, I think most of my roommates are trying to sublease this summer. But if they dont end up doing that, theyre super nice and 🎇clean. You shouldnt have a problem with them.
Discrimination is not nice and not lawful. Preferences can be made if you are sharing the same living space, but make sure you check the laws to see what applies to you.
