Hi, Loading...

Dec 2015: I really like living at Knights Circle!! The amenities are amazing, the staff is always kind and considerate, and the maintenance team is available when needed. In my opinion, the best part about KC is the safety factor since there is a security guard everywhere (at the gates and patrolling) and locks on every door. My only complaints are that pets aren't allowed and that the walls are a little thin (but that goes for any apartment anywhere). Review from 12/10/15 on Apartment Ratings
Dec 2015: Staff is nice and maintenance is friendly and quick to fix a problem if you need it. They could do a lot better of notifying residents if normal operations are going to be interrupted for any reason though. The internet can be slow and a pain. But overall, it's really good for student housing. Review from 12/8/15 on Apartment Ratings
Nov 2015: Absolutely love it. Guards at all the gates so you feel secure and pets are allowed. You have an RA at every building and maintenance is on call 24/7 if you have any problems. I live in a 4/4 so I have three roommates and we each have our own room and bathroom inside the room. Apartment also comes with a laundry room, full kitchen, dining area, living room, and balcony. Jul 2015: Knights Circle is a decent place to live for an undergraduate student. I lived here for 2 years and my biggest problem was the roommates I had. Keep in mind Valencia students can live here as well and some of them are not the most education-motivated people, if you understand what I'm getting at. For the most part the staff is friendly and tries to help resolve issues. Some tips: make sure you know your roommates, DO NOT DO RANDOMS. If you have issues with your random roommate they will basically tell you tough luck, even if your safety is of slight concern. Review from 7/4/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: The worst part are the people in charge, we had a dilema about receiving our 200 dollar gift card that was promised to us when we signed and ended up having to go to all three offices before getting pointed to the overall managers office. When we got there he had someone tell us we couldnt come in, and instead to send an email which he took two days to respond too. Maintenance also charged us 100 dollars each in a room of 4 people to clean up puke outside our door that wasnt even ours. 400 dollars to clean up puke, which rotted for two days before being picked up. These people will nickel and dime you the entire way. Apartments were dirty when we arrived and furniture is easily 10+ years old. Review from 6/15/2015 on Apartment Ratings
Jun 2015: In the one year I have lived here I only had two issues with knight circle and it was Internet and the gates not working for me. Recently they fix the gates so it's not as bad anymore. To be honest this place is great for anyone that was to live off campus but near UCF. Everyone I've encountered here including staff has been nothing but friendly when you talk to them. Maintenance workers are fast and quick so you get everything situated but they something always get it fix just enough to work for a little longer. Review from 6/10/2015 on Apartment Ratings
May 2014: Great place near UCF campus and on shuttle routes. Plus it is furnished so no need to haul furniture in and out or up and down the stairs. google review 8 months ago
May 2014: Maintenance has been quick for me. I have heard for others it may not be as fast. It is an extremely large area so they might need to hire more people. google reviews 1 year ago

May 2014: Anyone with positive reviews of this place hasn't dealt with maintenance or staff. It's taken weeks to get work done and there's a total lack of communication. The property manager, Tony, is 100% unwilling to work with residents who've had bad experiences with his staff. Trust me, you can find better places to live. google reviews 2 years ago
May 2014: Knights Circle is definitely the best student living in the UCF area. With 3 clubhouses that include gamerooms, pools, volleyball, tennis, and basketball courts, having fun with friends is not a hard task to accomplish. Also, getting to and from class is easy with the 6 shuttle stops throughout the property that continuously run to and from UCF. Newly renovated apartments that also have NO utility cap make it the ideal place for a student to live. google review 2 years ago
