I am willing to discount the price to $ less and pay the difference monthly until December!! How this would work is I would pay the from the discount upfront when signing the sublease.
The lease is for fall semester (August to December) but if needed it could be until July
The lease is starting on August st. Knight circle is in front of the campus and has a lot of amenities. The apt is a 4x4 👩 girls apartment with a private bathroom in each room, a spacious closet, a desk, and a big bed. There&#;s also a washer and drier in the apt.
