I am currently living at the main campus but am planning on moving over to Rosen in the spring. I currently do not have a spot at Rosen but will know by December 6 and can let you know then. I am looking for someone to sublease. Since I will be done with classes December , I will be moved out that day or earlier so December and after is open for move-in. Also, rent for December will be paid for since I will pay at the beginning of the month. I am living in a 4x4 in bedroom D (this also a 👩 👩 girls-only room). It is on the first floor and is close to the 🏊 🏊 pool. This is without utilities but it is only 💡electric you will be paying and never really goes above $ unless you have the lights and 💡electric constantly running. It is not an upgraded room, but the room is actually very spacious and if interested, I can send more pictures if interested, so just let me know. The roommates are very nice and mostly everyone keeps to themselves. All of the amenities lists are on the hub Orlando site if you want to see pictures and such. The parking spot I have is on the 5th floor, but there is a bridge on the 3rd floor, also the elevator comes pretty fast, but you will be paying $ a month for parking, but it is covered and in a decent spot.
