Hey I&#;m Bariq. I&#;m an international freshman at 💛 UCF and I&#;m looking for an off-campus housing option that is around $ a month.
I&#;m gonna move in during July most likely.
I&#;d prefer a 2x2, 3x3 or 4x4 but I don&#;t mind sharing a bathroom. I require a kitchen (doesn&#;t matter it it&#;s shared) as I cook make my 🍕 food myself. All utilities and tax should be included in the $ price tag.

I&#;d prefer the apartment to be in a min 🚶 walking distance or less from 💛 UCF and/or have a 🚍 shuttle service nearby.
I&#;m very 🎇neat and 🎇clean and quiet and don&#;t disturb peace or cause any problems. I&#;ll pay my rent on ⌚time and won&#;t cause any inconveniences.
