Common areas are furnished, including 2nd bathroom which is shared between bedroom 2 and bedroom 3. You&#;ll just need to furnish your bedroom!
There are TWO options regarding rent:
$ a month for everything including utilities
OR
$ a month for rent and utilities are split 3 ways among roommates (generally utilities per person are around $). This option just gives you a little more opportunity to save on the months when utilities are lower!
