Jun 2021: Almost 10 years living at Cricket Club. No Regrets! Excellent Service from the Staff. The Maintenance Crew always answering service calls in a fast timely matter, very professional and respectful. Always keeping the surroundings in neat condition, very well kept buildings. No roaches in my apartment! Manager Fanny is simply amazing and office staff, Analia & Patricia always on top of the game, willing to solve your problems! We can see the huge improvement from previous managements. I must definitely recommend Cricket Club Apts as your Forever Home!

Feb 2019: I recently moved to the apartments. Staff seems nice and friendly. Fabiola is the best . She is very detailed , patient and will go the extra mile to help. So far the community seems nice. You will need huge amount of deposit money initially, in my case it was $1510.0 for two bedroom apartment. When I left this apartment they only returned only $445.0 for no reason. I am going for a lawsuit now.
Houses are full of cockroaches. Apartments are so old. Everything is shakey. Stealing, gun shooting are not uncommon in this community.
The management is also poor. They will enforce some weird rules that you will never see surely.
Please do not fall into the trap of cheap rents. It will be one of the worst experience of your life. Review from Google
Sep 2018: This place is very unprofessional. Very unorganized they don't keep you updated with nothing you have to call them to find out what is going on. Your lucky if they even answer the phone. What ever you do don't leave your money orders blank. That's what they made me do. I had given them half of my deposit. Which was a money order of 400. They told to leave them blank. I'm single mom of two. My dad gave me an offer I couldn't let slide. He helped me buy a house. When I called to ask for my 400 dollar deposit back they told me they can't give it to me. Mind i didn't even move in. And they where refusing to give my money order back. I left them blank so that got me thinking any one of them lady's can take the money order and cash it in to there bank. Which one of them tired to but they thought I was stupid. They have always gone above and beyond to assist. My father moved in as well from Arkansas and has only had great experiences. Currently working on getting my mother in law over here as well. The grounds are always clean and very quiet. Any work orders I have had are responded to quickly and the maintenance staff are extremely nice. Perfect location and great schools w bus pick up and drop off right in front. Our kids play safely outside without worry, not to mention friendly neighbors. Thank you for all you do! The orkin man said “it doesn’t matter how many times they come out and spray the roaches will always come back because my neighbors have them and we all share the same walls.†Aside from the HORRIBLE roach infestation the office hours were super inconvenient, my car was broken into, my neighbors fought like cats and dogs, and the office staff NEVER answered the phone. Dec 2017: If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Worst experience I've ever had for my first time apartment. don't waste your time trying to call, they won't answer. THE ROACHES ARE A DISGRACE.
No matter how many times the place is spotless, they're everywhere. They even got in my fridge! My dressers where my son's clothes are! EVERYWHERE. You cannot get rid of them.
Staff is lazy. I've had to always leave work if I needed to speak to them.
The walls are so thin, my neighbor below me would always hit the ceiling because we would walk too hard. The one above me, always making noises. You can hear every conversation someone is having.
Point being, the rent is cheap, but not enough to deal with the b.s. that's attached with it.
Hated this place so much, it's an embarrassment to whoever owns this property. Definitely needs new management and Pest control. Review from GoogleNov 2017: Never had ROACH problem until I lived here. Keeping clean won't keep the roaches away, they live in the walls and electrical sockets. So even if you use roach bombs before move in it will not get rid of them. They go to the next unit and will come back in a month or so. Before I moved in I pointed out the roaches on the walls and they had told me that it was already sprayed but will spray it again. I loss $4,000 in my furniture because there was no way I could get the roaches out of all my furniture. When I moved in I was supposed to rate the office staff on how my experience was. Instead one of the office staff rated them selves a 5 star. Your security deposit forget about it, you will never get it back no matter what. So might as well leave it as a dump site. BE AWARE! A few cosmetic issues though, literally every little corner of the baseboards in the bathrooms and kitchen are held by crapily done caulk (photos). The kitchen cabinet wood by the dishwasher is rotted and won't hold the hinge, so we can't really easily access under the sink. The dishwasher is also peeling and rusting. The fridge door can only hold so much weight, like maybe some butter or a pickle jar, before the magnets decide they're not strong enough to hold the door closed. Also very little space in the fridge and freezer due to lack of shelves.
I read that people have bad roaches, and I've seen maybe 3 in the course of 6 months, but for the most part if you're a clean person that doesn't throw food on the floor or leave cardboard l Review from GoogleSep 2017: If I could leave 0 stars I would. I can say other than the service and the bug problem the rent isn't bad and you stay close to just about any store you'd need so location is good. COMPLEX: The grounds are always clean, and there is ample parking regardless of what time you come home.
LEASING OFFICE: The staff is super friendly, and you can tell that Ayesha, Bibi, and Ana truly care about their renter's and property. I think all three of the girls do a fantastic job managing 248 units.
MAINTENANCE: All my issues were resolved within 24 hours or less. My A/C stopped working on a Friday afternoon and was fixed within two hours.
PEST CONTROL: The exterminator uses a bait substance paste that I think is way better than the fume application.

She is retaliate in nature, worst in behavior and psychopath. She victimized atleast 5 renters (as far as I know). I don't know how RAM LLC allow her to be in her position. Not only kicking me out but also charged me $2100 after 4 months of my moving out. She is so ------- horrible lady that she did not send me any notice of this balance after I moved out. Suddenly I got a letter from debt collector that she charged me this amount. I have all the picture of my cleaning.

I was promised a washer and dryer for my unit and did not receive one so I was forced to purchase because 1 there are no laundry facilities and 2 the only renting I found was electric and I needed gas. I had to pay for a gait key, yet it's always open do to constantly being broken. When I asked for a key to the gym I was told I would have to pay for that too. Why isn't my rent paying for this. I have never heard of that before in my life! There is only one dumpster and it is constantly over flowing with trash for DAYS!
